Serves 2

  • 1 small potato
  • Dried oyster mushrooms 50 g
  • Miso Chickpea and Mile 1 teaspoon tea
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

  • A coffee pot Moka 10

Chop the dried oyster mushrooms by hand or in a cutter.

Grate the potato with a cheese grater bell from the larger hole. Combine the chopped mushrooms and grated potato to create a paste.

Fill the coffee maker boiler with water until the valve, and spice it with fresh thyme and salt. Put in the coffee filter the mixture of mushrooms and potato. Close the pot and put it in a boil over low heat.

As soon as the Moka is ready you can add miso directly in mocha. The preparation will be served in coffee cups with a drop of olive oil and fresh thyme leaves. It will serve to re-mineralize the body and prepare the bowel assimilation of nutrients.

Serve apart from the contents of the filter as a pie with mushrooms, to decorate with a sprig of thyme.
