Grilled oyster mushrooms

Serves 4

  • 500 gr of oyster mushroom
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • parsley (to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic

Clean the mushrooms, wash and drain well and pat dry. Prepare the sauce in a bowl: chopped garlic, parsley, salt, olive oil and stir. On a hot plate arrange the mushrooms and grigliateli, then put them in a serving dish and pour over the sauce before.

This dish best served cold. It will be even better to eat it the next day, because the mushrooms will absorb better the flavor.
