Serves 4
- 500 gr of oyster mushroom
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- parsley (to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic
Clean the mushrooms, wash and drain well and pat dry. Prepare the sauce in a bowl: chopped garlic, parsley, salt, olive oil and stir. On a hot plate arrange the mushrooms and grigliateli, then put them in a serving dish and pour over the sauce before.
