Pleurotus toasted bread
- 500 gr of pleurotus ostreatus
- salt (to taste)
- extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
- 6 slices of Lardo di Colonnata
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 cloves garlic
- catmint (to taste)
- 1 scamorza
First wash the mushrooms by removing the earthy part of the stems. Cut the mushrooms into cubes or strips and fry in a pan with garlic and extra virgin olive oil, salted and spiced with the catmint. Meanwhile, prepare the 6 slices and cut the smoked cheese.
Once cooked mushrooms, predispose the 6 slices of bread on a baking sheet, lay the mushrooms on each slice covering them with smoked cheese on which lay a Colonnata bacon slice. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C.
