Clean the mushrooms, wash and drain well and pat dry. Prepare the two eggs into a saucer and savory. Prepare the flour and the breadcrumbs in two other dishes. Now the mushrooms breaded in flour, then pass them in eggs and finally in breadcrumbs. Once you have the breaded oyster you place a saucepan from the large bottom and heat the oil for perfect frying the ideal temperature should be between 170 ° and 180 °.
